Came here thanks to your dad (we popped over yesterday) - you've got some fab recipes here. Just writing to mention a slightly-unorthodox (but very, very tasty) variation on canneloni. 

I prefer making thin pancakes (sometimes buckwheat/wholemeal, mostly yer-average Shrove Tuesday effort) and using that to wrap the filling. They roll up more easily.
