My attempts at tieing (tying? both look so wrong) meat have never been that successful. I mentioned to my wife that I was going to ask the butcher to show me how to do it, and she thought this most amusing. I do always think my butcher takes a deep breath when he sees me coming - he's always very nice, but I get this feeling that he thinks I'm a prat.
