Great post, Ros. I couldn’t stop laughing since your dad’s stir-fry suggestion. I bet it’s nice to be able to take your frustration out on your keyboard! I really like the sound of the sea bass with the orange and ginger combo, it immediately presents an image of light and refreshing.

Oh my…! I laughed all the way through this, but I feel your pain. It must’ve been so frustrating, is that how you got your foodie tendencies?

Your seabass looks great, I’ve never cooked it myself before, but this looks like something I’d try.

But you’re so right - fizzy wine does make everything better (unlike gin, which makes everything worse!).
