I’ve been trying to get my Dad to start a blog. Now he’s retired it’d be a great hobby for him! (Not that he needs another hobby lol!)

Nothing as drastic as all that. Just a question of when the muse gets to you. Have an older sister who could even burn an egg while boiling it. Today she could make a Cordon Bleu chef hide face inside the aprons. So yes hell shall not freeze nor pigs fly - Cooking is an inherent art! Although may take time to develop

Alex, I think I’ll have to wait for him to get proper blog software before feeds are an option. I’m not sure blog software will allow such a crazy combination of fonts/font colours. We’d better get him a decent camera too!

Angry Brit, given what he used to cook I’m hoping he’s learnt something in the last few years. Otherwise microwave dinners might feature!

Trig, there’s nothing be embarrassed about…yet. I think he’s been sufficiently embarrassed by my anecdotes for some potential retribution to be justified.

LOL! At least my father has yet to get his own food blog. Considering all he knows how to make is boil-in-the-bag, toast, and canned soup, that would be a very limited food blog.

How cool is that?! I say this as someone whose mother has complained about the quality of the photos on my own site and I’m just waiting for her to get involved in interfering (once she’s finished with facebook!).
