Ingredients

500g beef mince
2 cloves of garlic,
1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
1 large onion, finely diced
Oil for frying
1-2 tsp hot chilli powder
2 small eggs
Flour (about 20g will do)Â 
half aubergine, cut into small pieces
1 can plum tomatoes
1 lamb stock cube
225g dry spaghetti, cooked and tossed in a little oil to serve.
