Ingredients

6 chicken thighs, skin and bone intact.
1/2 tablespoon english mustard
2 tablespoons runny honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
salt and pepper
new potatoes and green beans to serve

Â Method

In a small bowl, combine the two types of mustard and honey. Mix them well, taste and add more of either if necessary. Season to taste.
