Ingredients:

A little vegetable oil for fryingÂ 
2Â leeksÂ 
150g closed cup mushrooms, quarteredÂ 
300ml semi skimmed milk
1 cube powdered chicken stockÂ 
1 tablespoon flour
170-200g puff pastry
salt and pepperÂ 
A little more milk for glazing
