IngredientsÂ  (per portion)


halfÂ tin of butterbeansÂ 
half small clove of garlic, crushedÂ 
2 sprigs thyme leaves
130ml single creamÂ 


Method

Drain the butterbeans and place in a saucepan.
Ass the thyme garlic and cream. Mix well and simmer gently for 5 minutes or so until the liquid has reduced a fair bit.
Using a potato masher gently crush the butterbeans.Â
